Bringing the mind to a deep dark
abyss of a well or a deep tunnel in the ground the seeker may concentrate. The
mind becomes what it sees and dwells upon. It takes the shape of a bottomless
abyss. In that moment, know that the su-conscious mind becomes completely
absorbed especially because the darkness and depth makes it drop all its
