Meditate on a peacock feather

Shikhipakshaih Chitraroopaih Mandalaih Shoonya Panchakam
Dhyayatonuttare Shoonye Pravesho Hridaye Bhavet

Looking at the most picturesque feather of a peacock one can see five concentric circles or five empty spaces. Meditating upon it to the end of the circle, one reaches the void in the heart.
