Vignana Bhairava Tantra - 71

When you meet with friends

When we meet our dearest friends or someone beloved to us, there is a great joy in that meeting. When you meditate upon this joy that springs within, when you remember the incident in complete detail, you experience the mind merging with consciousness. - Swahilya Shambhavi. I'm told the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra lists 64 commonplace experiences that can be used for meditation, such as drinking cold water on a hot summer's day.

Would you by any chance have a link to a web page where they are listed?

Thanks in advance,

There is a book available on the subject, published by the Bihar School of Yoga. I am not aware of any website. Thank you.
